The warm, wet spring tends to attract these bugs to homes all across Western Mass and Connecticut. Spring is the best time to prepare your home for the critters that invade during these warm months.

When you start to your spring cleaning, be sure to add pest control to the list. Lets take a look at the top pests of the spring season and what controls you can do to help keep your home pest free.

Spring Pest Control

Pest Control companies know what to expect come spring. A lot of calls requesting treatments for all the various insects that emerge from the cold New England weather. As the temperature heats up and the spring showers start, all the bugs come out. The main pests we receive calls for at the start of spring are carpenter ants, sugar ants, yellow jackets, centipedes and earwigs. There are year round insects that we are always contending with such as cockroaches, and spiders.

Our clients that are on our Special Ops year round pest control service are fortunately protected when Spring arrives. This proactive solution is designed to reduce and eliminate pest pressure that comes with the various seasons. Additionally, spring pest control is key to preventing pests from invading your home in the Summer and Fall.
